We offer high-resolution molecular characterisation using Fourier Transform Ion Cyclotron Resonance Mass Spectrometry (FT-ICR-MS) for complex environmental, biological, or chemical samples.

This service package includes analysis of 15 samples, providing ultra-high mass accuracy and resolving power for detailed compositional insights that are not achievable with conventional mass spectrometry.

Metabolomics

Mass spectrometry provides a highly sensitive and versatile approach for the profiling, identification, and quantification of small molecules. Depending on the nature of the sample and analytical objectives, we utilise both GC–MS and LC–MS workflows.

The ultra mass resolution of FT-ICR-MS allow compounds to be confidently assigned. For targeted analysis, absolute quantification of small molecules, including pharmaceuticals and their metabolites, can be carried out using multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) on a triple-quadrupole system. For discovery-driven studies, we also perform high-resolution accurate mass (HRAM) analysis to support untargeted metabolomics workflows.
